What is CTM?

Corporate Talent Management is otherwise known as CTM, this platform focuses mainly on upskilling the employees of an organization with the desired skill set that accompanies Individual's growth and Organization's as well.

What are the modules present in the CTM?

In CTM there are 3 prime modules. The Corporate, the Trainer, and the Employee. Each module plays a vital role in the upskilling process.

What are the functions of the CTM modules?

The Corporate The head of the Organisation or a person responsible for Employee's upskilling will be handling this profile. As a corporate member, the person will be able to - Have an Overview of the happenings on the platform. - Have access to Enrol Employees into the platform manually. - Can View Courses present on the platform and assign a batch of courses to a set of Employees and also view their progress and their Analytics in real-time. The Trainer As a trainer, one can look at the detailed information and Analytics of each Employee, Upload Courses, and Create Pre-Assessment, In topic quizzes and Post Assessments to evaluate the Employee's understanding at any point in time throughout the course. The Employee As an Employee, one can view the Courses assigned to them and start learning the courses and complete their learning journey to get skilled for their role.

Will the Employee get any Certificate after completing the Courses assigned?

The Trainer has the access to opt to issue Certificates for the Courses created. If the Trainer has opted for the Certificates option, then the Employee will be notified to download the certificate as soon as he/ she completes the courses.

What is Learning Journey?

The Corporate member assigns multiple courses for any Employees in the Organization. Once the set of courses is assigned to the Employee, the Employee is set to start a learning journey with the courses assigned to him/ her. Once they start their journey, their real-time status on the journey can be viewed by the Corporate member.
